Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with the exception of the "Framed Canvas Products" which are processed within 10 to 12 days. When the order is processed you will receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are printed in multiple locations therefore shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may on occasion be subject to domestic import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luther the Great is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at woof@lutherthegreat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you require shipping to a PO Box please make this clear in the comments section as some carriers have limitations on delivering to these types of addresses.
